Communication from the office staff is very unorganized, and mess around with your hrs. If you have to take off for medical reasons, your punishment is they remove you from your current clients. I know the in’s and out’s of the tablet system we use, PointCare. I know how to manipulate the time clock so it says I’m in visits longer than I actually am. BUT… I KNOW FOR A FACT… that two of our other cna’s are doing it. I’ve reported this to our BOM, PCM, and even the ED. I seriously feel like this is not being taken seriously. Saying they are working 9-11 hours a day when they aren’t.
